Academic Details

Important information regarding admission, examinations, uniform and fee structure.

Registration, Pre-Admission and Admission

  • Admission to classes from 9th to 11th will be done after the pre-admission test and submission of the Transfer Certificate issued by the previous institution.
  • Pre-admission forms are issued from the month of April.
  • Entrance form is issued when a student is declared successful in preadmission test followed by interview of students with their parent and being found fit in Medical Check-up.
  • Admission to class 10″ and 12th is generally restricted. Please do not make a boss-shot for admission in these classes.
  • The college encourages the students to fill application forms for the various competitive exams such as railway, National Scholarship, Ekikrit, Navodaya, National Talent search and Sainik School etc. for getting job or scholarships provided by various organization or by the Government.

Monthly Test, Half Yearly & Annual Examination

  • Progress of the students is assessed on the basis of Monthly Tests, Half Yearly and Annual Examinations. The marks obtained in these tests will be added to Annual Result.
  • Scheme for examination is provided to the parents before Half Yearly and Annual Examination.
  • A student absent in any examination will not be re-examined.
  • No rank and division will be given to those students who have failed in any subject.
  • Failed students will be asked to withdraw themselves from the college.
  • Report cards are distributed after Half Yearly Exam. Parents are requested to countersign the Report Cards and return to class teacher within three days of its receipt.
  • Answer books of Half Yearly Examinations are shown to guardians on the pre-announced date.

Note – College uniform is compulsory on college days and function. On Friday and Saturday white uniform with White P.T. Shoes will be worm.

FEE GUIDELINES

Payment of Fee

Important instructions regarding payment of school fees.

  1. The timing for fee payment is from 8.30 A.M. to 12.00 noon. Dates of depositing fee are from 1" to 15" including the Second Saturday.
  2. Dates of depositing fee with late payment of Rs. 10/- on 20 and 20/- are on 30" or last day of the month respectively.
  3. The name of students will be struck off on the last working day of the month due to non-payment. Name can be re-stored on payment of Rs. 200 as re-admission fee along with previous dues on Principal's order.
  4. The students selected nally for admission will have to pay fee within three days failing which the admission will stand cancelled.
  5. Fee once paid will not be refunded in any case..
  6. Students against whom any school due is outstanding, will not be allowed to attend classes or appear at the examination.
  7. If any student leaves the school in mid-session, he/she will have to pay six month advance fee to obtain T.C.
  8. Fee of March, April, May and June must be paid in Nov., Jan. and Feb. respectively. LABORATORY RULES Our institution has will-equipped laboratories to facilitate experimental work of science students. Following rules are to be observed in the laboratory
